As a Paid-Media Lead, we’d love you to:
- Take full ownership and responsibility for internal training, and provide support for the development of company training and development of S.O.P’s.
- Aligning agency processes and policies across your team and ensuring they are being followed.
- Share industry knowledge with both the team and clients, translating trade insights into actionable strategies.
- Problem solve account issues and also acting as a sparring partner for your colleagues.
- Develop a full and comprehensive understanding of the clients’ paid-media activity and broader business objectives and KPI’s.
- Ensure all accounts are achieving KPIs, and proactively bring strategic input to drive clients strategy and overall performance.
- Lead client meetings with a clear agenda and outcome.
- Manage client expectations and deliverables through clear, concise communications.
- Own the delivery of client roadmaps and address any issues ensuring we maintain a high level of client satisfaction.
- Provide actionable insights via client reports, whilst providing context to performance metrics and identifying actionable next steps.
- Implement a clear test and learni approach across clients and lead on executing and refining this approach.
- Manage the day to day running of your ad accounts.
- Stay up to date with the latest creative & platform updates and research from the IPA, WARC and other trade bodies.
- Always go the extra step to deliver for our clients.

Here’s what we are looking for.
Someone:
- Dedicated to your craft.
- Who immerses themselves in the latest media and creative strategy.
- Methodical and data-driven in their approach to work.
- Proactive, curious and solutions-focussed.
- Spoken & written English on a professional level.
- Experienced in delivering strategic insights in a client facing role.
- 3-5 years Paid-social experience. (Meta and TikTok)
- An interest in marketing science/marketing theory.
- An ability to communicate creative ideas and an understanding of performance creative trends and strategy.
- Familiar with measurement studies: Brand Lift/Conversion Lift/Geo Lift/Incremental Testing would be beneficial.
